About Helen
Helen joined Kids as the Chief Operating Officer in January 2023. She has over thirty years’ experience in the banking, insurance, property and corporate responsibility sectors.
At Prudential, Helen led the creation of sustainable community partnerships across the UK harnessing employees and volunteers to become active in their local communities. Most recently at SDL Group, she introduced a People Programme and a Hybrid working policy, enabling employees to get the balance between their work and homes lives with support around their own mental health and wellbeing.
Helen started her career in Banking with management roles in branch banking, business banking and training and development.
