About Kay

Kay joined Kids as Director of Service Transformation in August 2024.

Kay has worked across Education, Health and Social Care since 2005. She spent the early part of her career working directly with children and young people with SEND before moving into change and transformation roles which aimed to improve the way services worked together to support children, young people and their families.

More recently Kay held national leadership roles for NHS England and her portfolio included staff health and wellbeing and strategy and policy.
