About this service
Our groups are treasure chests of information, advice, and connection for parents and carers while children make friends and have fun. Share your experiences with other parents and carers and get support from people who are on the same journey as you.
Our regular workshops cover a range of topics designed to offer you everyday help – from practical advice on financial entitlement and the EHC process to sleep workshops, autism awareness, and healthy eating tips.
And we focus on you too with workshops on ways to promote your own wellbeing as well as a chance to chat and let off steam with others parents and carers
This is a place where families come together for laughter, learning, and lasting connections. Come and join us!
